About Us

hOMe represents home, while carrying the essence of OM—the universe's most primordial sound. We believe that when a person returns to their body, to their breath, to their inner self, they can truly hear themselves and live with inner stability and authenticity.

At hOMe Studio, we focus not only on physical stretching or technical advancement, but more importantly on awareness, rhythm, and connection with yourself. Through yoga practice, sound healing, and various forms of mind-body exploration, we gently guide each person to face life's challenges in a safe and accepting space.

BackCare Yoga 護脊瑜伽

默默忍受腰背酸痛的不舒適,日常生活又需要諸多遷就,其實你可以有其他選擇!

BACK CARE YOGA 護脊瑜伽,利用不同瑜伽工具替脊髓減壓,並舒緩那些緊張的肌肉。然後透過瑜伽式子練習去強化及伸展背部肌肉、肩膊及髖關節,能更有效及持久地減輕及預防腰背痛,令你可以好好享受「無痛」的感覺。

You don’t have to live with that nagging back pain!

BACK CARE YOGA uses different yoga props to decompress your spine and soothe those achy muscles. The practice of yoga asanas to further strengthen your back muscles, hips and shoulders to effectively maintain that new found freedom.


Chair yoga 椅子瑜伽

一張凳除咗坐仲有好多不同嘅用途!

靈活運用椅子的承托,提升瑜伽練習時身體的覺察和方向感,不論初學或有經驗的練習者也可以輕鬆地學習具挑戰性的瑜伽式子~不論是後灣或是倒立動作;同時可以增長沉浸在式子的時間加強各練習的滲透力。

Our chair is more than just for sitting!

Chair Yoga allow us to direct awareness to different aspects of the asanas and to different parts of the body, helping us to maintain correct alignment during practice. With the support of the chair, we could stay longer and relax into challenging asanas, attaining their full benefits and to deepen into the understanding of the asanas.


Drumming Deep Relaxation
薩滿鼓深度放鬆

由薩滿鼓引領腦電波進入另一個意識狀態,隨着節奏在整個身體上脈動時,跌入最深層的放鬆。在與節奏共振的狀態中,讓鼓聲祛除對身心無益的能量,尋回當下的個人力量。

Shamanic drumming to guide our brainwaves into a different state of consciousness; as our organic pulses synchronise with the rhythm, sinking into a state of deep relaxation. While resonating with the drum beats, releasing energy that are of no use to our mind and body, letting us regain our personal power. 


Fascial Stretch 筋膜伸展

筋膜伸展課程使用泡沫軸和按摩球,專注於自我筋膜釋放,幫助提升組織靈活性,減少肌肉疼痛、緊張和痠痛。學員將學習如何使用這些工具對特定緊張部位施加壓力,保持姿勢直到不適感減輕,並結合緩慢、控制的動作來釋放筋膜,即包圍肌肉和器官的結締組織。

A fascial stretch class using a foam roller and massage ball involves using these props to self-myofascial release, improving tissue flexibility and reducing muscle pain, tension, and soreness. Participants will learn techniques to apply pressure to specific areas of tension, holding positions until discomfort decreases and incorporating slow, controlled movements to release the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds muscles and organs. 


Hatha Yoga 哈達瑜伽

課堂由淺入深,練習各種不同的瑜伽式子! 透過練習不同的瑜伽式子,令肌肉力量得以逐步提升,加強身體的伸展能力,為進階式子打好基礎。

In this class, we aim to develops strength, flexibility, bodily relaxation, and mental concentration. We make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.
This is designed for mixed-level participants and provide a balanced combination of sustained poses with attention to basic alignment and therapeutic principles.


Hips Opening Yoga 開髖瑜伽 


返工坐咗全日,成個人都梗哂!
「開髖瑜伽」全面針對髖關節,先舒緩及伸展繃緊的肌肉,讓你尋回久違的柔軟度和靈活性;再以瑜伽體位逐漸強化這兩個身體主要關節。不論站立、坐臥至手平衡的體式,都以配合各練習者的程度去編排;建立持之以恆的練習可改善日常姿勢,減少身體痛症。

Being seated and desk bound all day, who doesn’t have tight hips? With yoga asanas and movements targeting on hips and shoulder, this class aim to first release tension and improve flexibility in these area, then gradually work on strengthening them. Class includes standing, seated, and reclining poses, as well as arm balances with modifications to accommodate all levels of experience. Trust us, regular practice could improve posture, reduce discomfort, and enhance mobility in hips and shoulders area.

Wall Rope Yoga 牆繩瑜伽


牆繩瑜伽借助地心吸力牽引讓身體學懂放鬆,更可以透過動態式子釋放鎖緊的關節,使練習時可以少一點「死力」、多一點「空間」。同時牆繩可以加強觸感及用力的方向感,令身體更容易掌握深入式子的竅門。

Yoga for Shoulders 健康肩膊


唔知由幾時開始頸緊膊痛已經成為生活的一部份,甚至會影響睡眠質素令人一整天提不起勁。鎮痛貼可能可以幫你短暫舒緩,但最有效的方法還是改善姿勢及恆常的保養!

「Yoga for Shoulders 健康肩膊」:

- Release our locked tight shoulder muscles with the help of different yoga props to free up our shoulder joints
- Through the practice of yoga asanas to establish correct actions and strengthen our muscles

Yoga Stretch 瑜伽伸展


YOGA STRETCH透過不同的瑜珈式子/伸展動作配合呼吸練習把緊張的肌肉/思緒慢慢放開,令你從繁忙緊張的都市生活得到放鬆,課堂適合所有程度的學生。

This class is suitable for beginners or anyone who needs to get rid of pressure, stress or anxiety. Use a breathe to calm the mind and release muscle tension stored within the body.

Yoga Wheel Stretch 瑜伽輪伸展


本課程結合了瑜伽輪的物理特性與深層伸展練習,專為渴望釋放壓力的現代人而設。
透過瑜伽輪獨特的圓弧曲線,我們能精準貼合脊椎,提供安全而穩定的支撐,引導身體進入深層的胸腔與腋下伸展;同時,瑜伽輪亦能協助打開髖部、大腿及腿後側,讓下半身長期累積的緊繃逐步釋放。
透過「滾動」與「停留」的練習方式,我們不僅能鬆動繃緊的筋膜,更能在規律而溫和的呼吸中,找回脊椎與下半身原有的空間、流動性與自在感。

This course integrates the physical properties of the yoga wheel with deep stretching practices, designed especially for modern individuals seeking to release stress.
By making use of the yoga wheel’s unique curved shape, we are able to align closely with the spine and provide safe, supportive guidance into deep stretches for the chest and underarm areas. At the same time, the wheel also supports deep opening in the hips, thighs, and the back of the legs, allowing the lower body to gradually release long-held tension.
Through a combination of gentle rolling and mindful pausing, we not only release tight fascia throughout the body, but also—through steady, rhythmic breathing—restore space, mobility, and ease to both the spine and the lower body.
